I have always had a passion for the food service industry. Restaurant design is a wonderful opportunity to utilize functional space design & provides a sense of pride when working with another local small business owner to help their business be successful.
My experiences include space planning, interior design, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire protection design - from steel & aluminum awnings to full service design.

Retail is one of the hardest industries to be successful in. Good design depends on good space planning, good customer flow, employee comfort, all while maintaining a tight budget.
I have had the great opportunity to work on retail spaces as small as 300sf 'Mom Pop' establishments, up to large 60,000 sf corporate anchor stores, both new construction & with repurposing an existing shell building.
Experiences include full service design, space planning, interior design, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & fire protection design.

I have had the pleasure of being a part of some oustanding design teams for shaping the children of our future using the environment they learn in. Experiences include elementary schools, high schools, & middle schools. The largest educational project worked on so far was a 270,000 sf high school in Harrisonburg, Va.
